05/09/2026: Mixed experience... We were very well received, seated quickly, and the employee was very pleasant.
The new atmosphere seems cold and the restaurant is dark... The price-quality ratio is questionable for the two-buffet option... €25 seems excessive, but at the same time, the vegetarian selection isn't exceptional on the menu. We were just passing through and wanted to eat near our accommodation for the night.
One of the employees fell during the evening after slipping on the floor... When we went to pay, we were concerned about her condition, which didn't seem to be treated as anything more than a minor fall... The other customers seemed more worried than her staff. The impression this establishment leaves me with is... mixed.

05/09/2026: Frankly, this place is very dirty. I strongly advise against it; the staff is unpleasant and unwelcoming, especially if you have a certain ethnicity. I strongly advise you to avoid this very filthy establishment. I went to the toilet and saw a mouse.
04/09/2026: We had a very good experience at this restaurant. We ate very well. Everything was delicious: both the main course and the dessert.
The servers were very pleasant.
The only slight downside was the price of the drinks...

26/04/2026: Fantastic birthday party! Starting at 6:30 pm, we enjoyed the outdoors. The kids played pétanque while we savored the chef's famous cocktails.
Then we all gathered inside in a warm and festive atmosphere with great music. We had a great game of pool, starting with four people and ending with ten—what a game!—before finishing with a disco vibe. A really great place, definitely worth checking out.

12/08/2026: It was good (the skip-the-use option), but I found the portions small compared to other chip shops in the area. However, I'm sorry, but it's unacceptable for a business these days to refuse credit cards (even if "there's an ATM nearby"). It's a shame because I would have ordered more otherwise (not enough cash), and I won't be back.

Today, July 15, 2026. I received a cold welcome. At 6:10 PM, we were served coffee in paper cups because "we're closing soon." By 6:20 PM, there were no more sandwiches available. Everything had been put away.
This is the first time I've been disappointed, and yet I've been a customer for a long time.
03/07/2026: Hello, I'm currently very busy. I'm a regular customer, and I usually have nothing to complain about, but today the service was disastrous. I ordered a sandwich as usual and asked for my 5-month-old daughter's bottle to be heated for 30 seconds. The cashier came back to me and said she'd heated it for two minutes because, according to her, it wasn't hot enough (the bottle was boiling hot). I told her that if I'd asked for 30 seconds, it was because she drinks it lukewarm. Not even an apology. She just replied, "Yeah, but for me it wasn't hot enough," and looked me up and down. The least she could have done was apologize. I've never had any problems with the other cashiers, who always heated the bottle for 30 seconds and never took the initiative to heat a baby's bottle for two minutes. Honestly, very disappointing.

23/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit today. Unfortunately, there was practically nothing available from the menu: no fruit, and every time I tried to order something, I was told it was out of stock.
The staff on Sunday were really unpleasant, giving the impression that they didn't really want to be there. A little friendliness and a smile would have been appreciated.
It's a shame, because the experience could have been much better.
22/08/2026: Over 30 minutes wait for the ready meal and over 45 minutes for the grilled food.
Undercooked vegetables, no fries, and the ham in the ready meal hadn't even been cooked.
The waiter at the ready meal was incredibly slow. For dessert on the children's menu, including ice cream and crepes, we waited over an hour for even the waitress who was alone serving a large number of customers.
The food was disgusting. My family and I will never go to Flunch again.
