Flunch sur Faches-Thumesnil

It's a shame about the lids on the dishes when serving yourself; some staff aren't very friendly and don't always open on time; the organization isn't great; there's no one at the buffet, and there are food stains on the tables and walls.

The restaurant is very good, the food is great, and the atmosphere is lovely, but the staff, especially the cashier, could be more polite and less unpleasant to customers.

Leaving the airport, we decided to try the all-you-can-eat chicken tenders for the first time, and we were very well received. The service was quick. My daughter was disappointed; she would have preferred spaghetti with Bolognese sauce, as it was the same as the other all-you-can-eat dishes, so it was expensive for just two spoonfuls of meat. The tenders were delicious, but according to the TikTok video, they were supposed to have a mango curry sauce, but there were only three normal portions. The all-you-can-eat dishes were good, but the spinach was dry and piping hot, which we still enjoyed. The place was clean; they washed their hands after each customer. The portions were small, but they were always replenished. I recommend it unless you don't like children! They run around everywhere.

Unfortunately, the Flunch in Faches is still having stock issues: this time there was no Roquefort sauce for the mussels, nor finger bowls. The service was very unpleasant. That's it. Next time it'll be Englos. They're all lovely and very professional.

We came today as a family and were very disappointed with your Flunch. The meal was served terribly; the burgers were cooked very poorly. When we asked for more mayonnaise, we were told it was coming, but we didn't know when, as we were in your restaurant for an hour and nothing had changed. There was a limited selection of vegetables for a Friday night. Despite all this, the cashier, the manager, and a young woman at the counter were all incredibly kind and pleasant! It's unfortunate, but we won't be returning to this restaurant.

The food quality is excellent, however, the variety of vegetables leaves something to be desired, especially since other Flunch restaurants offer more choices. There was also no mayonnaise or mustard, and many of the utensils were dirty. To be honest, I was disappointed by this Flunch, but it's not a disaster; I would recommend it for fast food.

It's really not like it was before the change in 2023. No more white shirts. Unfortunately, the service is too slow, the food isn't very hot, and there are only two or three cooks, and they're very tired; it shows in their friendliness, unfortunately. Overpriced.

I ate quite well. The hot buffet was fairly simple but well-stocked. The only downside was the staff who didn't smile. However, the dishes and the restaurant were clean, which is very important.

Always a very warm welcome; the bad reviews come from people who are perpetually dissatisfied! Go to a 5-star restaurant then!!! Thank you, Flunch!
