18/10/2026: I went to the drive-through on Thursday evening, placed a €72 order, paid, and was directed to another window to pick up my order. There, they told me my payment hadn't gone through. I checked my banking app and showed them proof that my payment had indeed gone through (immediate debit), but no, they asked me to pay again if I didn't get my order. What a joke! I refused, and they told me I would be credited within 24 hours. As of today, I still haven't received a refund, and when you go there in person, they just pass the buck... shameful.

16/10/2026: After a disastrous service where something was always missing in recent weeks, there's been a clear improvement. The place is cleaner, and most importantly, the orders have everything! Congratulations to the team!
