On April 17, 2026, after receiving my order at the drive-thru, I noticed after taking a bite of my sandwich that the bread was hard. I pointed out the problem to the drive-thru employee, who quickly came back to me and informed me that he would replace my sandwich with another one and offer me an ice cream as compensation. The manager came over and apologized again after her staff had already done so. The staff were incredibly pleasant, acknowledged their mistake, and corrected it very quickly by offering compensation.
