The food was delicious, and the cocktail/cooking workshop package was ideal for a festive evening: convivial, dynamic, and perfectly suited to this type of event. 23/01/2026: Warm welcome, a friendly, northern French atmosphere, decent meal, a menu featuring recipes from the north and elsewhere. I had a Troyes andouillette sausage with crispy skin and Maroilles sauce. It's worth remembering because the restaurant is full.
