I go to a restaurant with a friend, I order the duo, I bite into my hamburger, it tastes not like usual, the chicken was raw!!!!!
I get back in line at the drive-thru, 35 minutes of waiting, only to be told that it's the chicken which and pink, I say that I don't want to eat that anymore, I want one with beef.
Arriving at my home I see that my hamburger is missing a piece, as if it had been chewed!!!! Afraid I didn't even finish them, I threw them away. This is unacceptable! I'm not sure if it's revenge that I came back, but in any case I'll never go again.

15/02/2026: Over 20 minutes of waiting, even though there was no one else in line.
I ordered a meal without bulgur and with fries, but I ended up with bulgur and no fries. Even worse, I ordered a kebab plate and received a chicken plate instead. I'm absolutely outraged. To top it off, the baguette was too hard and unpleasant to eat.
All this just so I wouldn't spoil my appetite.
I won't be back!
07/02/2026: I ordered a single sandwich while driving alone.
I waited over 20 minutes. No apology. The only explanation given was, "There are only three of us."
You need to improve your customer service. If I could have given zero stars, I would have.
