I'm currently at the drive-thru. I rarely leave reviews, but I thought it was time. I live nearby, I come often, and overall, the service has always been pretty poor, especially at the drive-thru, where I've never felt much enthusiasm. Why five stars? Because today I had my order taken by a young man with a microphone and a hairnet! Kudos to the very smiley young man who was taking my drive-thru order today (April 28th) at 2:40 PM... Nothing more to add... I haven't even eaten yet, I'm still waiting in line, and yet I'm giving you five stars! Solely because of his customer service! Well done!

Honestly, contrary to many reviews (which I suspect are fake reviews from competitors), the plate was very generous and served quickly. No complaints.

Not happy. I just went there and we ordered three chicken patties, each with its own sauce, plus a maxi kebab, a kids' meal, and two large fries. I ended up with a beef patty, and the only raw vegetable I didn't want in it, and none of my sauce. Everything else in the order was fine. I ate it anyway because GUR isn't near my house. I'm really disgusted; I didn't even get to taste it. Order 174 of 11/27/25.

I ordered a takeaway meal: two beef and vegetable patties. After four large bites, a tiny bit of vegetable, two more bites, and finally a tiny bit of beef. In short, there was more patty than anything else. I'm giving it three stars because usually everything is fine, but next time I'll come back for a refund. (I didn't have time to come back.)

We were very pleased with Mr. Blondeau's support from the initial preparations to the end of the event. His professionalism and availability greatly contributed to the success of our day.
