I've ordered meals several times now, and each time the fries are missing… It's really a shame… and I feel like I haven't eaten enough.

I came today and there was nobody there. I waited over 15 minutes, the waitresses weren't pleasant, and on top of that, I ordered €30. When I got home, I was missing some items. Great! 👍🏼

I'm currently at the drive-thru. I rarely leave reviews, but I thought it was time. I live nearby, I come often, and overall, the service has always been pretty poor, especially at the drive-thru, where I've never felt much enthusiasm. Why five stars? Because today I had my order taken by a young man with a microphone and a hairnet! Kudos to the very smiley young man who was taking my drive-thru order today (April 28th) at 2:40 PM... Nothing more to add... I haven't even eaten yet, I'm still waiting in line, and yet I'm giving you five stars! Solely because of his customer service! Well done!

Honestly, contrary to many reviews (which I suspect are fake reviews from competitors), the plate was very generous and served quickly. No complaints.

06/05/2026: We would like to thank the Pyramides team for the warm welcome they gave us on our wedding day. We were very pleased with Mr. Blondeau's support from the initial preparations to the end of the event. His professionalism and availability greatly contributed to the success of our day.
