We recently hosted a birthday party at the Pyramides reception hall in Lys-lez-Lannoy, and everything went perfectly!
The service was exceptionally high-quality, with a professional, attentive, and responsive team. The meals were also excellent, beautifully presented, and enjoyed by all the guests.
Honestly, we have absolutely no complaints: everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to organize a successful event.

03/03/2026: The quality is still there after all these years, I already loved your pizzas back in 2012 and I'm happy you haven't changed your location! When I moved back to the area, one of the first things I did was come and try the famous San Daniele.
07/02/2026: Clearly one of the best pizzerias in the area! The pizzas are excellent, always generously topped, and above all, incredibly fast. The service is efficient, and the place is clean and well-maintained. You can order without hesitation; you're never disappointed. I recommend it 100%! 🍕🔥

10/05/2026: The fries are often very good, but the service is a complete disaster! Waiting 30 minutes, sometimes even 45 minutes, for just one fry is unheard of!
There's a real organizational problem here. You don't know how to prioritize orders. Just one fry? In your rotation, I think it's possible to get it out between two large orders!
When ordering online, the order is only started when you arrive, which is completely unacceptable.
You order, you arrive at the given time, and the order should be ready!
The friendliness and welcome also need improvement. No hello, no thank you, and no goodbye—a winning combination! In a business, you have to be pleasant, especially if you want to see your customers again!

28/04/2026: I'm currently at the drive-thru. I rarely leave reviews, but I thought it was time.
I live nearby, I come often, and overall, the service has always been pretty poor, especially at the drive-thru, where I've never felt much enthusiasm.
Why five stars? Because today I had my order taken by a young man with a microphone and a hairnet! Kudos to the very smiley young man who was taking my drive-thru order today (April 28th) at 2:40 PM... Nothing more to add... I haven't even eaten yet, I'm still waiting in line, and yet I'm giving you five stars! Solely because of his customer service! Well done!

I go to a restaurant with a friend, I order the duo, I bite into my hamburger, it tastes not like usual, the chicken was raw!!!!!
I get back in line at the drive-thru, 35 minutes of waiting, only to be told that it's the chicken which and pink, I say that I don't want to eat that anymore, I want one with beef.
Arriving at my home I see that my hamburger is missing a piece, as if it had been chewed!!!! Afraid I didn't even finish them, I threw them away. This is unacceptable! I'm not sure if it's revenge that I came back, but in any case I'll never go again.
