17/04/2026: The food is excellent, and we've never been disappointed in that regard. However, after numerous delivery orders, the telephone service is clearly lacking. The person taking orders has a cold and unpleasant tone, and we've even had the phone hung up on us once. This is all the more unfortunate given the quality of the food. We continue to order for the food, but an improvement in customer service would be truly appreciated.

12/08/2026: Absolutely shameful! McDonald's, the biggest fast-food chain in France, doesn't accept ANCV Connect vouchers, even though they've been available for over two years and the ANCV app clearly states they accept them online, in-store, or in person. When I spoke to the manager, she completely ignored me, saying they didn't have the appropriate card reader, not even an apology or anything. When I politely suggested she escalate the issue, she just walked out without even saying goodbye. A huge disgrace for McDonald's!

19/08/2026: Good pizza. Undercooked, egg ooze present. Two pizzas for my appetite. Only one beer. Only rosé. No dessert. Are we in the sticks?
