14/09/2024: What a shame, I bought 2 clafoutis for my guests. Pasty cake without fruit but with pralines ???? Nothing to do with the clafoutis that I buy on vacation from Marie Blachere in Cogolin in the Var. Very disappointed, review the clafoutis recipe.
