02/03/2026: A very disappointing experience. The owner was extremely unpleasant and not at all customer-oriented. We were regulars under the previous owner, Brigitte, and came for the atmosphere and the good food she offered; now we won't be going back.

17/02/2026: The quality has declined over the weeks. A few days ago I bought two excellent loaves of bread; yesterday I bought two more and they lacked salt and were incredibly bland. Other times they were burnt on one side. There's a lack of consistency in quality.

14/02/2026: I would like to bring to your attention a problem we have noticed with your baguettes and plain country bread. This problem became more apparent this Friday in the early afternoon. Both products appear to have residue from previous baking on the bottom crust. It seems that flour and cereal grains from previous batches, likely due to a poorly cleaned or uncleaned baking tray, have become embedded in the crust of the new batch. This problem is not only unpleasant but also potentially dangerous for people with grain allergies, as black, burnt grains are unacceptable. Furthermore, we observed from the customer area, which overlooks the bakery, that one of your employees removed their hat or cap, scratched their hair, and resumed work without washing their hands, particularly during the preparation of the bread dough. This raises serious questions about hygiene in your establishment. Due to these issues, we will unfortunately be temporarily suspending our services at your Allone store until the quality of your products returns to its previous level. We hope this will happen soon.
