03/04/2024: This establishment is simply a disgrace!
We had booked 2 nights, barely arrived, the room was so dirty (stains on the sheets, used bath mat, hair everywhere etc.)
We were offered compensation and a change of room, the second was in the same condition or worse.
I was informed that we would be refunded the entire stay the same day. 3 months later, still no refund!!!!
In short, flee!
22/02/2024: Establishment to flee!!!! I canceled a room at least 1 month before for a more than legitimate reason and since then, I've been scrambling to get a refund for this reservation! I absolutely don't understand and no one bothers to call me back! I therefore strongly recommend avoiding this hotel as well as the Nids Perchés in Mortagne which seem to be managed by the same person.
