30/07/2026: Breakfast on a Thursday morning, passing through on my way to visit the Maritime Museum. It's a brasserie slightly removed from the Trocadero, and well worth the detour. I'd spotted it because I wanted to try their lactose-free fried eggs; they were delicious and cooked in oil. They were perfect with black tea and orange juice. The service was incredibly friendly and they gave us plenty of time to enjoy our breakfast. They even asked about my health! ;) It's a matter of choice; I much prefer a friendly welcome to a direct view of the Eiffel Tower.

07/09/2026: A wonderful Japanese dining experience in Paris. I visited Hokusaï Restaurant for dinner on my last night in Paris before returning to Japan. I ordered the Omakase Nigiri and Black Cod Saikyo-yaki, and as someone from Japan, I was genuinely impressed. The Saikyo-yaki was especially memorable — the miso flavor had deeply penetrated the tender cod, making me immediately want a bowl of Japanese rice! The nigiri was also excellent, using seafood sourced from different regions, including Japan and the Mediterranean. The hospitality made the evening even better. I enjoyed speaking and taking a photo with the chef, and Srđan was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the evening. A memorable final dinner in Paris. I’d definitely love to come back and enjoy it again without rushing. Thank you!

04/09/2026: I ordered a salad for €18 and received it an hour later, only half empty. When I called the manager, he explained that it wasn't his fault, that it was another restaurant. I told him I'm a loyal customer, and of course, he just hung up on me without offering any solution. The service is shameful.

22/06/2026: I walked in for a cold latte and the sweet gentleman wanted to be absolutely sure it was how I wanted it to be. He also spoke very good English. I have never gotten a latte I truly enjoyed because every place uses a lot of milk but I never dared to ask for more coffee. I got my favorite latte from here; It was strong, cold, and with the right amount of milk. They were so nice. I also got a big yummy cookie. I would come by again for sure. Thank you!

12/07/2026: I highly recommend this restaurant. Ideally located in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, Paris Seize is a traditional French restaurant with an authentic, elegant, and refined setting. Traditional French dishes are revisited with boldness and creativity, prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The warm and friendly atmosphere makes it an ideal place for lunch with friends or dinner with family. The neighborhood is one of the best in the capital. And let's not forget, the staff and managers are extremely helpful and lovely.

26/08/2026: Avoid this place at all costs. The pizzas are burnt to a crisp and completely inedible. They're incredibly bland, and the only thing that's outrageous is the bill.

04/09/2026: I had the set menu, and I have absolutely no complaints. The cooking was perfect, the seasoning was spot on, and the dessert was both well-balanced and bursting with flavor. Special mention to Karim, who managed the pace brilliantly despite our 10-month-old baby. I highly recommend it!

04/09/2026: What an absolutely lovely bar and restaurant located inside the Sofitel Baltimore. We had such a wonderful experience here and were genuinely impressed from beginning to end. The atmosphere is beautiful, elegant, and welcoming, making it a really lovely place to spend an evening. A huge compliment to the entire team for the exceptional service. Everyone was incredibly attentive, friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The service really made the evening feel special and added so much to the overall experience. And the food was simply outstanding. It was not just good, it was genuinely excellent. Every dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavour, and clearly made with a lot of care and attention to detail. We enjoyed our evening so much and will definitely be coming back. A truly wonderful place with an elegant atmosphere, outstanding food, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!
