14/09/2024: I ordered a pate which is really a terrine and asked if it came with baguette to be told I speak no English by the waiter. I know why as it came with ciabatta. He spoke perfect English to ask my friend what they wanted to drink. The fries where with cheese but came with no cheese. Walked away very disappointed and the older male waiter wasn't overly helpful to tourists. I should have eaten in the shopping centre rather than try a French cafe which is why I chose there in the first place only the music playing made up for it.

25/01/2025: I thought this place was great. The food was flood. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy on a cold night. I was able to be seated right away and overall a very pleasant experience. The duck was very good.

29/07/2024: A nice break in this busy neighborhood. I regret not being able to eat my hot dish on a “real” plate. Plastic glasses (even if they are beautiful) for water are not a must either. Very good vegetarian dish and juice to die for!

27/01/2025: When I arrived at FNAC, I asked an employee for a simple piece of information, but her reaction left me speechless! She answered me with a disconcerting coldness, as if I had just attacked her, even though I had only asked a trivial question. She curtly showed me that the products were arranged in alphabetical order... as if it were universally obvious! Well no, I don't work at that store, and I'm not supposed to guess their organization. Fortunately, it wasn't all disaster. His two colleagues were simply adorable. Helpful, smiling, and really attentive. It felt really good! This contrast was stark: on the one hand, an unpleasant experience, and on the other, proof that some people still know what “customer service” means. I don't know if I should remember the bad experience or the kindness of his colleagues, but one thing is certain: a smile changes everything!

27/01/2025: The 20 cents per minute are scandalous, especially since a voice tells us information that we have obviously tried before. We need to stop taking people for stupid cash cows. As a Fnac consumer, calls should be free. We pay quite a lot.

03/07/2025: I never leave a review, but I do leave one that's absolutely necessary. I encountered a haughty and disdainful server who adopted a completely inappropriate tone when speaking to customers. His posture was completely at odds with the beauty of the place.

04/12/2024: A big thank you to Gaël for his professionalism and advice. I was able to have a pleasant birthday. We followed his advice for the selection of our dishes and we did not regret it. Thank you for thinking of the candle. The live show was perfect with talented singers. In short, I recommend! We will come back to taste the Sole ;).

04/12/2024: The worst restaurant I tried in Paris. There is no service or food. Everything is bad. I tried to find something that would satisfy me and I could not find it.

03/12/2024: Overall the bar is ok. The atmosphere is friendly, the beer is pleasant, and the terrace does the job without being exceptional. An address that could be worth a detour… BUT. The experience was completely ruined by a terrible waitress. A young woman in her thirties, brunette, hair pulled back, looks withdrawn and never smiles. Hostile from the first contact, aggressive in his tone and gestures, and downright unpleasant. His attitude was more confrontational than customer service. Such execrable behavior is unacceptable, especially in a setting where people come to relax. Honestly a shame, because the potential is there, but as long as this person is in office, I strongly advise against it. Avoid if you want a peaceful evening.

01/12/2024: The setting is very pretty. The service, nothing to complain about. But in all transparency, very disappointed with the pizzas. The one I took with truffle (29€) HYPER DRY! Inedible! The Napolitaria and the Gorgonzola, large volume format, great, we laugh for 5 minutes, it's worth that Instagram photo (the goal I imagine) but nothing generous. A few anchovies, very little cheese... on the tomato base. Honestly, if your goal is to eat good Neapolitan-style pizza, move on. You are not in the right place. Another small negative point: small restaurant so quite noisy.

25/06/2024: Bonjour! Very nice place to go and have a drink, staff is great! Had a good time yesterday even they were almost about to close.. definitely recommend Santé mon ami 🥂🇫🇷🇲🇽
