25/03/2024: Having reserved we were seated at an unset table,
Waited a long time to get the menu slate, the grilled ham was inedible, the fries not very cooked, so we didn't try to have dessert.
Very noisy and not very intimate.
In short, main concern is turnover....

06/03/2024: Table reserved for lunch… 5 tables occupied in the restaurant (around fifteen people…)
we are sold a shank cooked on a spit for 10 hours... (doubt about cooking on a spit... or shank taken out of a metro bag...) the dish arrives cold after an hour of waiting. No return because the table next to us returned the dish... 10 minutes of additional time and the carbonnade not melting...
Very long and not very professional service… no dessert because you have to go to work…
