If only all restaurants in Saint-Omer had staff as friendly and welcoming as yours!!!

Discovered this restaurant recommended by a colleague. I highly recommend it!! Lovely setting, very pleasant terrace under the trees. Warm welcome and delicious meal! I've finally found a restaurant that makes fries as good as the ones we make at home. Very generous charcuterie platter, a little more salad would have been appreciated. Very friendly servers. The only downside was a long wait despite having a reservation. Not a big deal when you're there to enjoy yourself, but something to consider for business trips. Knowing this, I'll schedule my meetings a little later :) The dishes were sent out quite quickly when we told the waitress we had an appointment. Because of the delay, we unfortunately didn't get to try the desserts. Next time! Apart from that, I give it a 100% thumbs up!

The service was incredibly slow; we were only there for 2.5 hours for an aperitif, a main course, and coffee! There were mistakes in the service: we ordered a sparkling kir and were served a still wine; we asked for two glasses of wine and were served one... luckily the food was good and plentiful.

An absolute gem! The welcome is so warm that you immediately feel at home. On the plate, generous, authentic, and comforting cuisine, all at prices that are a rare find these days. The waterfront setting completes this flawless experience. Unbeatable value for money and pure enjoyment—go for it without hesitation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at La Baguernette. All the dishes were delicious and generous. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The traditional games near the terrace are fun for everyone, young and old. We will definitely return.

A wonderful experience at this traditional pub, where you can feel the history and charm. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, the portions are generous (big eaters will be more than satisfied), and the prices are reasonable, all enjoyed outdoors in the shade of the trees covering the terrace. If there's one drawback, it's the restrooms, which could use a bit of updating, but otherwise, it's definitely a place you should visit! A short boat trip in the nearby marshes was perfect for a post-meal treat; in short, a perfect afternoon! Go for it!

We had a wonderful family meal at La Baguernette. Marie-Yvonne, the waitress who looked after us, was welcoming and attentive. The chicken casserole with Maroilles cheese was fabulous, and everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely recommend it!

A restaurant in the heart of the marshlands that, once again, delighted us with authentic, well-prepared regional cuisine made with local products. The team's smiles, friendliness, and professionalism made it a real pleasure!
