18/03/2026: We ate there for the first time at lunchtime today with my friends. We received a very warm welcome, the staff were friendly, and our food was delicious. Plus, our friend was able to bring his dog in 🐕🥰. There were other dogs there too. I highly recommend it. And the nearby parking is perfect.

10/05/2026: This McDonald's is a horror to be avoided in all its forms, whether dine-in, drive-thru, or delivery.
Ordered delivery tonight. Potatoes instead of fries, no mayo, no ketchup, and no napkin.

29/04/2026: Every week we go to the McDonald's in Lillers, and every week there's a problem. The latest was a double charge for a simple €26 order. It took 15 days to get a refund after four visits to the restaurant and an email sent to the manager. We won't be going back anytime soon. It's a shame, considering we're only 3 minutes from the restaurant.

I don't recommend it! The kebab was overcooked, I'd even say burnt.
The kebab cooking needs improvement.
03/05/2026: Over 50 calls and still no response regarding an incomplete order. What's the point of a phone line if you just leave it on voicemail?

17/04/2026: We arrived at 9 PM and were surprised by the smell... an unpleasant smell...
The manager told us to close at 11 PM, even though we were just there for a drink... We looked up and down, looking around...
One of the other customers told us to go inside, but the manager repeated that she was closing soon and asked us to close the door... we'd barely arrived and were practically thrown out...
Given how many times I've walked past and seen it always closed, I understand better why.
When you're bitter and not business-minded like you were... you close completely, as is your habit.

10/11/2024: J'ai aimé l'amabilité de la patronne qui met en confiance. J'ai adoré la partie sandwich de mon américain qui était délicieux mais les frites.... Une catastrophe.... Elles étaient fournies en quantité mais étaient vraiment trop molles... Je reviendrai uniquement pour prendre des sandwichs.
