30/08/2026: The pizzas come in two sizes; the smaller ones (28cm) are more than enough, even for someone with a big appetite like me. They're good, but not exceptional.
Very good dessert.
The wine list doesn't list the vintages, which is a shame.
Air-conditioned dining room.
23/08/2026: We were in Vichy for a long weekend and stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. The food was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh and high-quality.
The menu isn't extensive, but the selection is exceptionally good.
We had pizza and pasta.

25/07/2026: It had been years since I'd last eaten at La Gloria, and I wasn't disappointed!
The meal was delicious, and the service was more than perfect!
Two years later, nothing has changed! Still as good as ever, and the welcome is still just as warm.
A real pleasure to eat here!

17/08/2026: We had a pleasant lunch at this restaurant located next to the Berry Canal. It was pouring rain, so we couldn't use the terrace. There's a large parking lot right in front. The hamburger was good, but I wasn't expecting a runny mustard sauce; I should have gone for ketchup.

We had a wonderful time; the welcome, service, and food were all excellent, including a superb fruit salad. The menu changes weekly, so there's never a dull moment. Plus, the restaurant is dog-friendly! We'll definitely be back.

Special mention to the service. Like the meal, it was perfect.
Well done again to the whole team!

08/09/2026: Excellent restaurant; the pasta was divine, prepared with fresh sauces and ingredients. The service was warm and attentive, and the atmosphere was truly convivial. Be sure to book ahead, as it's very popular.
27/08/2026: Unfortunately, we can't judge the food, the atmosphere, or the service because for 48 hours I tried 14 times between 7:15 pm and 9:15 pm on August 26th and between noon and 2 pm on August 27th to reach someone by phone to make a reservation and try this restaurant. Despite my repeated calls, there was no answer; a message telling me to call back, but no option to leave a message. It's ridiculous to have no one answering at the end of August. Even if the restaurant were closed, a voicemail should have informed potential customers, but no, nothing at all. So, I made a reservation at another Italian restaurant. It's a shame, but my first disappointment before even setting foot inside 😔😔

02/08/2026: A little disappointed with the service. Furthermore, when we asked to have the goat cheese removed from half of a pizza for my pregnant sister, I was told the person in the kitchen was too tired to do it.
Aside from that, we ate well; the pizzas were good. A little more of a smile from some of the servers would have been a nice touch.

01/08/2026: Honestly, it started off well. My partner and I ordered two pizzas, and they were prepared quickly. We received a very warm welcome when we picked them up; the staff were very kind and pleasant.
First of all, I want to say that the pizzas weren't bad.
However, there were some mistakes with our order: my partner had asked for no peppers, but she found them in her Texan pizza, and I had ordered a Calabrian pizza with extra onions and peppers, but no mushrooms.
But I had mushrooms in my pizza (I think the person on the phone must not have remembered or heard my request for no mushrooms), and there were a lot of mushrooms underneath all the other toppings except the ham.
And there was a lot of water released by our pizzas, to the point that the cardboard box was wet and my pizza was sticking to it. I was very disappointed. We each had to pick and choose our pizzas—she picked the peppers, I picked the mushrooms—and perhaps there was a slight lack of seasoning, probably due to the water it released. It's a real shame; we were looking forward to enjoying our meal, and in the end, we were very disappointed. What a pity.
Sorry I didn't think to take any pictures. All the best to you.

03/09/2026: Delicious mini apple tarts, a generous slice of flan, all accompanied by a hot drink for a perfect afternoon snack. The place is very clean, with well-displayed products in refrigerated display cases, and ideally located for a snack.
23/08/2026: We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities are comfortable and the hotel has parking for guests.
The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable.
The only downside: My son didn't like his hot chocolate…
The staff is friendly and professional.
In short, it was exactly what we needed to relax and get back on the road.
We highly recommend it! 🙂
