08/06/2026: We ordered pizza through Uber Eats, and it arrived crumpled upright. Who does that? All the pizzas were just a pile of dough soaked in oil and ice cold. We paid an extra €3.99 for expedited delivery. What was the point of the extra €4 if it arrived all crumpled and cold anyway? Inedible. Never again!

31/05/2026: Everything was of high quality, in the pictures the special Luna Rossa pizza, costing 21 Euros, the draft beer and coffee were good, the only flaw found was that some pizzas had a burnt edge.

02/06/2026: At first, we thought we had to order at the bar, as is common in many places, and we did so out of courtesy because no one was serving us (anyone else would just get up and leave). Then we realized that everyone else's drinks were being brought to them except us. We felt judged, as if they saw we didn't have any money to spend 🤣 They served us with a look on their faces as if we were the cause of their problems… The girl serving us seemed to hate her job, which she clearly does, but that's not something the customer should have to feel. They heat the food on a griddle at the bar and charge €6-8 (it might seem like a small amount, but think about what you're getting). Anyway, don't go.

01/06/2026: They said my order was 17 euros, but when I received the order confirmation it said 21 euros.

25/05/2026: Honestly, it's laughable how ridiculous this is. I ordered from you three times in a row, and all three pizzas were burnt. So black they were bitter, with a burnt smell as soon as I opened the box. Would you eat that yourselves? The worst part is that it happened three times in a row. At this point, it's not just a mistake; it's that you completely disregard your customers. If you can't even make a decent pizza, you might as well quit the restaurant business.
