05/04/2024: How to put this? The service was amazing and I wish I knew the waiter’s name for a shoutout. But besides that, I found the portions to be indecently big which I’m sure amounts to a lot of waste. I know our table did. It was just too much and not in a good way. You might enjoy it if you are a big eater, but if you are used to Parisian portions, it might be a little over top. I ordered the spaghetti with sea food and it smelled really bad. Really bad. When I asked about it, we were told it’s because it wasn’t the season. It had a weird stench and it wasn’t pleasant. All in all, I wasn’t too excited about my dining experience in Nice as a whole and I do find the prices to be incredibly highly for the slightly subpar food quality. Quality over quantity always for me

05/04/2024: The super number 1 ever!. The best quality/price!!! Spaghetti with seafood, Caesar salad, a bottle of wine, water, coffee 65 euros. . .

04/04/2024: GAVE US FOOD POISONING! We were ignored. Food was not good. Threw up the food that night as burger was not cooked.

29/03/2024: Hats off to the whole team for the quality of their welcome, their service and for the whole and diversity of their menu, I am used to frequenting many establishments in the PACA region, but this one stands out truly out of the desire for a shared pleasure and a moment of conviviality and relaxation with multiple flavors, I recommend ++++++ thanks again to the whole team, cordially, Laurent

30/04/2024: Lunch with the family, we chose pizzas and we enjoyed ourselves! Special mention for the calzone which is delicious and very generous!

05/04/2024: My friends and I chose the coffee because the menu was very appealing and we wanted to enjoy a cozy coffee and snack. Unfortunately we were greeted unfriendly by the waiter. Although numerous tables were occupied by other guests and they were just having a coffee, we were briskly told that we had to leave after asking for coffee and snacks. When we tried to ask another question, the waiter became rude and simply turned away and left us standing there without giving an answer. A disappointing experience and definitely not a place I would recommend, even though the exterior looked very inviting.

03/04/2024: Have eaten at La Cambuse several times (both lunch and dinner) and have been impressed by the food and service each time. Not a large restaurant so make a reservation if you can. You won't be disappointed!

01/04/2024: Intimate restaurant, in the middle of the very lively Cours Saleya. Tasty family cooking. One sea side and one land side like in Italy! Nice setting. Welcoming and attentive staff. I highly recommend.

05/04/2024: The singer JOSE has a killer Italian tenor voice the cuisine is delicious the boss Claude is remarkably kind a charming moment spent with friends I highly recommend

03/04/2024: Beautiful restaurant with lots of food choices and everything came out amazing. Staff was friendly. Got a 3 course meal for a reasonable price, you can see the tiramisu pictured. Overall a great experience!!!

26/03/2024: I really wanted to love this place, because how on earth do you do pizza wrong??? I've seen reviews of this place on tiktok and Google, so many of them positive. The service was just fine, atmosphere gets the 4 because it was mid afternoon and Nice was quiet then. But the pizza, it was just bad. The dough was cooked enough on the bottom but seemed almost raw near the top. The cheese was melted and hot but not 'bubbly cooked cheese' it was just disappointing. The Margherita pizza was ok-ish, just cheese and tomato. But the meat feast was literally wet. With a RAW egg on top. Like, with egg slime all over I normally like Neapolitan style pizza but I'm ok with just frozen pizza too, this was less good than frozen own brand store pizza.

03/05/2024: Yes, number 1 italian in Nice and I have been to a few!! Lovely, lovely owners and staff. Fantastic pizza! Perfect atmosphere, just a brilliant place. And does takeaway pizza which is how we discovered it. Go here!

28/04/2024: The food is good but frankly the cleanliness of the toilets and behind the bar is a shame! Indescribable filth. The toilets are obviously never washed, it's shameful. Overall, it ruined everything.
