31/01/2024: Having tested the various pizzerias in Castelnaudary, I find them to be the best.
The dough is creamy, not too thin, not too chunky. The quantity of condiments is just enough to satisfy you. The cooking is handled very well, even after the 15 minute drive home.
The pizzas are a little more expensive, but the difference is definitely worth it because they are really good 😋. His parsley is a marvel 🤩 finally, Roberto is very welcoming.

29/07/2023: Customers since the opening of the pizzeria, we are never disappointed with the quality of the products! Copious pizzas and quality never unchanged since its beginnings! The bosses are great and always so nice! Go head first, you won't be disappointed!
