31/12/2025: A brief evening visit to Beaune followed by a family dinner at Brasserie Carnot. A pleasant setting and a warm welcome. The dishes we ordered were very well prepared: snails, onion soup, beef bourguignon, and duck breast, all cooked to perfection. A minor point, however, was the duck breast, which could have used a slightly richer sauce. A brasserie we highly recommend.
28/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome on a Sunday evening without a reservation. The prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the service is quick and attentive.

10/09/2025: AVOID DISGUSTING PLACE AND DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! I even called the police for what they served me.
03/09/2025: Quick preparation, friendly service, good selection, and reasonable prices. We'll be happy to come back. The pizza is delicious.
