17/11/2023: We hebben 1 november jl een huisje op de camping gereserveerd. Een week later bleek toch dat we niet op deze datum vrij konden krijgen. We hebben ruim €1000,- aanbetaald voor een vakantie in augustus 2024. We kregen niets hiervan terug, terwijl het pas over 3/4 jaar is en het huisje zeer waarschijnlijk dezelfde dag weer opnieuw verhuurd is. Dit vind ik echt associaal. De camping en ook het restaurant horen bij een grote keten campings waar ,denk ik, een zakenman aan het hoofd staat. Je kunt ze niet eens bellen en je krijgt een standaard mail terug. Wij verhuren zelf in Nederland ook vakantiehuisjes en wij doen nooit moeilijk als een langere tijd vsn tevoren geannuleerd wordt. De klant is dan blij en komt weer terug. Ons zien ze niet meer terug en verliezen daarmee ook een vast klant in hun restaurant.

10/10/2023: We followed the existing recommendations and took half an hour to get there. Since the menu is also available in German, there are numerous German guests. Well, it's very warm, but I don't think it has to be something similar to swimming trunks in combination with the tank top when visiting a restaurant for dinner (unfortunately other German guests showed up like that). It is also a question of respect for the host. We welcome you with a lovely rosè, very tasty. My wild boar goulash was absolutely tender and delicious, unfortunately there was a bit of salad missing and it only comes with fries, which I don't think is perfect. The duck breast, which my husband opted for, was a little overdone, but with a first-class sauce. The friendly house dog greets and inspects the guests, then discreetly withdraws. Nobody has to be afraid.

12/10/2023: I was lured by the good reviews and was more than just bitterly disappointed. So much so that you almost had to be angry with the other reviewers. Corsican spaghetti with meatballs. Spaghetti lukewarm and dry, Mettbällchen (no joke) ice cold and (really no joke) still frozen at the core (!). An ice cube that tasted like raw meat wasn't necessarily the taste experience I wanted. You probably warmed both up temporarily in the microwave. When the ice cream in the balls finally started to melt, the Mettballchen became one liverwurst-like disaster. I almost vomited. To make matters worse, the boss was also unusually pushy and tended to not really be able to see the boundaries of strangers. Extremely uncomfortable. I felt incredibly sorry for a German family at the next table who was completely irritated by this and who barely knew how to deal with it. If in doubt, it's better to visit the other restaurants - or go hungry and wait until the next day if you can't find anything late in the evening. You'll thank me.

29/03/2024: Well... I paid €32 for a sandwich!!!. It seemed that the credit card was refused, so I paid twice with the card and a third time by cash. When I found out through my bank, they promised me a refund which never happened. After a while I went to their house again, they made fun of me asking me if the 32€ sandwich was good: I found it really disgusting. For me 🤮

02/03/2024: Lunch this afternoon with friends, the tartare and other dishes were really excellent. Very friendly welcome. I recommend it.

11/09/2023: Idyllic place, came to eat in the evening for a meal with a Corsican orchestra who sang a little variety to us (Renaud, Fiori, Cabrel) it was great, we really enjoyed it 🤩 beautiful beach with the blue moon it was just magnificent, super friendly service and good food 😉 I highly recommend 😍🥰

22/03/2024: we have been there several times cold reception every time every time the pizza oven is closed so instead of ordering a pizza for €12-13, you have to order a dish for €20-25.. average tasting dishes dessert prices too high for what they are we will no longer come and advise against

06/04/2024: The pizza chef is knowledgeable, passionate, really good at preparing pizzas. The oven is electric, but the cooking is perfect... it is very rare that I eat the broth of a pizza, it must be really light and well done, and this is the case here. The place is almost hidden, but still very central and in a quiet area. The menu suggests classic recipes, with some recipes more focused on Corsican ingredients. The mozzarella used is excellent (this is not so obvious outside of Italy). I found the Peroni Nastro Azzurro beer to drink, there is also the classic and excellent Pietra Corsican. Exquisite staff, they also work intensely for home deliveries, which is another excellent indicator of the goodness of the product. To be recommended without reservations!
