La Braise sur Bastia

This is the best restaurant in the world

A very relaxed atmosphere and a warm welcome. I came for dinner on a Saturday evening with three friends. The service was impeccable. I recommend the barèse and the tiramisu.

I loved this place, it was so good and had a great atmosphere

A restaurant where you feel right at home! Quality cuisine with impeccable service. A must-visit in Bastia!

From the food to the atmosphere, everything was perfect 👌 The pizzas were delicious! The homemade flan... a gem ✅

Superb restaurant, warm and friendly welcome. I highly recommend it!

A great little neighborhood pizzeria. The pizzas are good and the owners are very friendly. We tried the homemade flan, which was delicious.

The dishes were average, except the potatoes were a little burnt. The service was very attentive.

During my five-day vacation in Bastia, I ate at several restaurants, but none could compare to this one. Because it was so hot, the owner set up a fan. When I sat down at a table, he even moved it so that the airflow reached me! The owner was always very friendly and, after I ordered, asked if I was from a German-speaking country. I confirmed that I was, and he complimented my French pronunciation. And that wasn't all: when the owner brought my food, he wished me "Guten Appetit" in German, and he also thanked me in German when I paid. Although I certainly don't expect the waitstaff to speak German with me in Corsica, I found this a wonderful gesture from the owner. As a guest, I can only express my gratitude for such service and congratulate the restaurant! This is how you win over customers for years to come! P.S.: The food was also excellent!

Friendly, family atmosphere in a small restaurant away from the main tourist areas. Delicious pizza and pasta. Highly recommended!
