18/09/2023: We have been coming to this restaurant for years.
The positive points: A chef, Stéphane, perfect with extremely delicious cuisine and magnificent dishes.
A waitress, Johanna, adorable, who knows her job very well. A real pleasure to have met him this year...
Negative points: Too bad the restaurant closes before the end of the month (which would have allowed us to come back before the end of our vacation).
Unmaintained exteriors, which does not make you want to stop despite the succulent cuisine.

06/04/2024: The pizza chef is knowledgeable, passionate, really good at preparing pizzas.
The oven is electric, but the cooking is perfect... it is very rare that I eat the broth of a pizza, it must be really light and well done, and this is the case here.
The place is almost hidden, but still very central and in a quiet area.
The menu suggests classic recipes, with some recipes more focused on Corsican ingredients.
The mozzarella used is excellent (this is not so obvious outside of Italy).
I found the Peroni Nastro Azzurro beer to drink, there is also the classic and excellent Pietra Corsican.
Exquisite staff, they also work intensely for home deliveries, which is another excellent indicator of the goodness of the product.
To be recommended without reservations!

10/10/2023: We followed the existing recommendations and took half an hour to get there.
Since the menu is also available in German, there are numerous German guests.
Well, it's very warm, but I don't think it has to be something similar to swimming trunks in combination with the tank top when visiting a restaurant for dinner (unfortunately other German guests showed up like that).
It is also a question of respect for the host.
We welcome you with a lovely rosè, very tasty.
My wild boar goulash was absolutely tender and delicious, unfortunately there was a bit of salad missing and it only comes with fries, which I don't think is perfect.
The duck breast, which my husband opted for, was a little overdone, but with a first-class sauce.
The friendly house dog greets and inspects the guests, then discreetly withdraws. Nobody has to be afraid.

29/09/2023: Super freundliches Personal, aber leider ist der Campingplatz direkt zwischen großer Straße und einem Flugplatz gelegen. Die Straße ist recht laut, aber schlimmer sind die Hubschrauber, die auf dem Flugplatz starten und landen. Nachts wurden wir vom Hund des Platzes geweckt, der unseren Müllbeutel Stück für Stück ausräumte. Und die sanitären Anlagen, waren schon größtenteils geschlossen und die wenigen geöffneten, waren extrem dunkel, dass man fast nichts sehen konnte und keine Klobrillen. Bei 4,2 Sternen haben wir mehr erwartet, sind dann auch nach einer Nacht direkt wieder gefahren. Schade.
26/09/2023: Der Campingplatz liegt auf der Straße vor Corte, ca 4 km zwischen der Straße und dem Flugfeld für Rettungshubschrauber. Er ist trotzdem ruhig, hat einen schönen Pool und eine nette Bar, sehr freundliche Betreiberin, geräumige Stellplätze, Sanitäranlagen sind ok.

12/10/2023: We were here as two adults and a dog from the beginning of October to mid-October and were warmly welcomed at the reception. It has to be said that three quarters of all campsites in Corsica were already closed at this time. I cannot agree with the statements made by some previous speakers. The space for mobile homes is actually in a separate area, but that's nothing special. The area for the Kemper is actually right on the street with visibility and noise protection, but the noise is bearable. Depending on the parking space, it will certainly be louder or even louder. We were about halfway through and couldn't complain about the noise at any time of the day or night. The course itself is beautifully landscaped in the middle of pine trees. The pitch sizes are large enough for any size camper. The only drawback is the newly built toilets and their cleanliness. However, I have to add that the campsite itself cannot do anything about this. Cleaning takes place daily and thoroughly. However, there are probably some people who don't know that excrement belongs in the bowl and not on the edge of the toilet. However, the campsite cannot do anything about this.
We would come again!

Moreover after tasting the tacos not good at all…
Avoid changing jobs if you are not able to be friendly with customers...

24/10/2023: A must-see place when visiting the village of Cervioni, especially for its pizzes...
12/10/2023: I was lured by the good reviews and was more than just bitterly disappointed. So much so that you almost had to be angry with the other reviewers.
Corsican spaghetti with meatballs. Spaghetti lukewarm and dry, Mettbällchen (no joke) ice cold and (really no joke) still frozen at the core (!). An ice cube that tasted like raw meat wasn't necessarily the taste experience I wanted.
You probably warmed both up temporarily in the microwave. When the ice cream in the balls finally started to melt, the Mettballchen became one liverwurst-like disaster. I almost vomited.
To make matters worse, the boss was also unusually pushy and tended to not really be able to see the boundaries of strangers. Extremely uncomfortable. I felt incredibly sorry for a German family at the next table who was completely irritated by this and who barely knew how to deal with it.
If in doubt, it's better to visit the other restaurants - or go hungry and wait until the next day if you can't find anything late in the evening.
You'll thank me.
