Pizza Niulinca sur Bastia

The pizza chef is knowledgeable, passionate, really good at preparing pizzas. The oven is electric, but the cooking is perfect... it is very rare that I eat the broth of a pizza, it must be really light and well done, and this is the case here. The place is almost hidden, but still very central and in a quiet area. The menu suggests classic recipes, with some recipes more focused on Corsican ingredients. The mozzarella used is excellent (this is not so obvious outside of Italy). I found the Peroni Nastro Azzurro beer to drink, there is also the classic and excellent Pietra Corsican. Exquisite staff, they also work intensely for home deliveries, which is another excellent indicator of the goodness of the product. To be recommended without reservations!

Excellent pizza, I would definitely come back

Friendly staff and the pizzas were good, although not amazing. The burger could come with home made fries, it would make a difference. In short, it’s ok, but I’ll probably won’t return.
