15/04/2026: During my recent visit to Patapain, I was shocked to learn that your chain remains linked to such cruel practices towards pigs. Knowing that sows are confined to tiny cages and that piglets undergo tail docking, castration, and teeth filing really spoiled my experience. Columbus Café & Co and Pret A Manger have made commitments: when will Patapain follow suit?

The pizza arrived cold...yes, how is that possible! Especially since it's prepared and cooked fresh. We asked one of the waiters...it had been microwaved. We didn't order dessert because after the table was cleared...no one came to check on us. The owner came to take the food to the next table. We went to pay. The owner took the money. And when he asked us if everything was okay, he said, "Well, no!" We explained the cold pizza incident, and his response was, "It was reheated!" Then there was our wait to order dessert...all he did was criticize his staff in front of us because, of course, it was their fault, even though this gentleman had served a table next to ours...frankly, that's not a good attitude for an employer. I feel sorry for his staff.
Avoid this place.

20/10/2025: I'm a regular at this pizzeria, but it's time to give back. It's really great, with a good variety of pizzas to please everyone (my personal favorite being the Calabrian). I'm always greeted with a smile, and now I even chat with the owners. They're genuinely friendly people, and that's a real plus! If you haven't been, go, you won't be disappointed!

21/03/2026: I had a wonderful time at La Tosca pizzeria in La Châtre. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, thanks to a close-knit team who work with great enthusiasm, and it shows immediately.
The owner, Nathalie, has a real gift for listening to and connecting with her customers—a rare quality that, in my opinion, represents the very essence of our profession.
And of course, the pizzas are simply delicious! I highly recommend it.

I ordered two pizzas, only one arrived! I politely pointed it out, and they came back to me all smiles: "We'll make it again, we had a little problem, the delivery driver took it home!" Wow, how ridiculous!
They told me they'd make it again and I'd have it in 6 minutes. Well, 6 minutes, not including tax! They're just as incompetent as ever, whether it's reading an order or calculating preparation time!
I was unhappy, and they told me that as an "apology"—with a sort of air quote gesture—they were offering me... a can of soda! So the guy who placed a delivery order gets a €6 pizza as a gift, and I go all the way there, sweating (to put it politely) waiting, even though I have work to do afterward, for just a can of soda as compensation for their stupidity, even though I'm in no way responsible!
I've seen some stupid things, but this is beyond ridiculous in terms of customer service! I can understand a mistake, but to treat customers with such condescension and offer "so-called" compensation with a can of soda? That's a joke!
I was a customer for years, but that's over now! I absolutely do not recommend this place given the staff's rudeness and lack of professionalism!
16/04/2026: It's a disgrace! I ordered a ham and cheese pizza. When I arrived at reception to pick it up, they told me they'd called three times, which is false. I only received one call, with no message left at reception. All this just to tell me they couldn't make my ham pizza because they were out of ham. Honestly, it's shameful. I've never seen a pizzeria without ham.

02/08/2023: Thank you for everything, the service was very pleasant, the pizzas were very good and garnished. From what we took we preferred the succulent and the 6 cheeses. The fifty is a good compromise for gourmands. Little advice if you want to go on Tuesday, order early. We have tasted a lot of pizzerias and this kiosk is very well placed among them. Best wishes
