16/04/2026: Incredibly incompetent! I ordered two pizzas, only one arrived! I politely pointed it out, and they came back to me all smiles: "We'll make it again, we had a little problem, the delivery driver took it home!" Wow, how ridiculous! They told me they'd make it again and I'd have it in 6 minutes. Well, 6 minutes, not including tax! They're just as incompetent as ever, whether it's reading an order or calculating preparation time! I was unhappy, and they told me that as an "apology"—with a sort of air quote gesture—they were offering me... a can of soda! So the guy who placed a delivery order gets a €6 pizza as a gift, and I go all the way there, sweating (to put it politely) waiting, even though I have work to do afterward, for just a can of soda as compensation for their stupidity, even though I'm in no way responsible! I've seen some stupid things, but this is beyond ridiculous in terms of customer service! I can understand a mistake, but to treat customers with such condescension and offer "so-called" compensation with a can of soda? That's a joke! I was a customer for years, but that's over now! I absolutely do not recommend this place given the staff's rudeness and lack of professionalism!

16/04/2026: It's a disgrace! I ordered a ham and cheese pizza. When I arrived at reception to pick it up, they told me they'd called three times, which is false. I only received one call, with no message left at reception. All this just to tell me they couldn't make my ham pizza because they were out of ham. Honestly, it's shameful. I've never seen a pizzeria without ham.
