17/09/2026: My last order wasn't great, but having ordered from you several times before, I figured it might happen occasionally. This time, imagine my surprise when I opened the pizza box at home… The pizza was extremely sparsely topped. For a four-cheese pizza, I'm still looking for the four cheeses. Some areas were practically devoid of tomato sauce or toppings, with only very crispy crust. Even the mozzarella was so sparse that it had dried out and become crunchy in some places. It's a real shame and especially hard to understand: tomato sauce and mozzarella are, after all, the foundation of a pizza, especially when you order a four-cheese. Judging from the photos, the lack of toppings is quite telling. This time, the pizza was frankly awful. The most baffling thing is that a pizza prepared this way was still considered acceptable, packaged, and served to the customer. Very disappointed, especially since I had ordered from you several times before and knew you could do much better. However, the lady's welcome and the order-taking process remained, as always, impeccable.

28/07/2026: So disappointed...😵‍💫 The pizza was inedible...no toppings on it and really not good...just tomato sauce on the edge to make it look like it was good...it's the first time I haven't even given a rating because it's simply disgusting...excuse me, but I'm really disappointed...

14/08/2026: After several attempts, the pizza wasn't great and the customer wasn't taken seriously... It was supposed to be 45 minutes, but the delivery took 2 and a half hours and required two follow-up calls! The same problem every time. I'll go elsewhere!
