26/03/2024: Delivery for Sunday March 24:
Message to tell us that the pizzas were delivered, we waited 1 hour more, or 1 hour 15 minutes in total. That's a long time for pizza.
They were cold and dry.
In addition, the 1.5L drink was missing, the delivery man told us that we had to call there, I preferred to let it go, I didn't want to wait 1 hour more to get a drink.
I think this is the last time I order from them.
26/03/2024: A bad experience which unfortunately becomes recurring in this Domino's Pizza. I've been waiting for the order for over 2 hours, and I find this lack of customer service incredible. Being overwhelmed happens. But as said previously, it's recurring at the moment, and we would like to have at least some visibility. I think that calling your customers to warn them that the wait may be long is the least you can do. I had to call 3 times to be told "it's coming", "it's near you". As I write this comment, it is 10:40 p.m. and the order (taken at 8:30 p.m.) has still not arrived.
Update: the order never arrived despite being told 3 times on the phone that this would be the case.

03/04/2024: People stared at us throughout the meal...it was getting embarrassing. The waiter kept staring at my partner: maybe he was interested? This is why we were served so quickly. When it comes to food, Pizza Hut does much better.
02/04/2024: Classic Italian restaurant, classic dishes, no customer adaptation possible. Damage. No cheese at the table, you have to ask the waiter, a little annoying each time.
No special attention to the customer.

06/04/2024: Having been used to Madame for some time, I immediately fell in love with the concept and even more so when I discovered your white chocolate! However, after reporting the information several times, I noticed that the problematic salespeople who were rude and incapable of respecting a process were still there. Very unfortunate, I stopped by this Thursday 4/04 and what a disappointment (although I wasn't expecting anything crazy having seen who was behind the counter) aware that recruitment is not an easy thing so I took the trouble to relay the information again so that someone with power can do something.
31/03/2024: You want to enjoy cookies. Well, don't go to Miss Cookies Coffee. Neither soft nor crunchy, extremely sweet, very dry and sandy. Go your way. The service is however correct.
