22/06/2026: I had a shredded beef roll with shakshuka mushroom sauce and dauphinoise potatoes with a burger. My wife had a marinated escalope roll, a bit more classic, let's say, also with a burger, and we really enjoyed it. It was delicious; everything is homemade, and you can really taste it. The recipes are very original; it's a nice change from a traditional industrial taco, so it's a bit cheaper, certainly, but clearly not as good. Regarding the service, kudos to you for managing such a busy service on your own. That evening, there were perhaps 15 orders to fulfill, and our wait time was about 20 minutes. So, having a professional is a pleasure.

20/06/2026: Fantastic experience at L’Authentik! I came with my little brother today and it was truly excellent. Very tasty, generous portions, and a super friendly welcome. I highly recommend it.
