18/07/2026: A hidden gem in Old Lyon that's well worth the detour! At Armada, you'll encounter cuisine that surprises and dares to try bold combinations. Among the many dishes on offer, I had the opportunity to taste a creation featuring watermelon, cooked and then pressed, resulting in a stunning, almost deceptive texture, all enhanced with a perfectly spiced aguachile sauce. A particular favorite was the revisited parmigiana, with its dehydrated tomato tartare, meltingly tender eggplant, and delicate parmesan mousse. To finish, the Italian-style yogurt ice cream, accompanied by cherries and little blackcurrant stars, offered a perfect marriage of freshness and indulgence. This is truly creative cuisine that isn't afraid to break the mold. A special mention goes to Louise and Honorine for their attentive and caring service from beginning to end. A wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend.

22/05/2026: My partner and I ate at this pizzeria during a hike exploring the Alpes Mancelles. It was a delight for both the eyes and the taste buds! The setting is charming, and from our table on the terrace, we could see the hills so beloved by the people of Sarthe. We both ordered pizzas, and, as true connoisseurs, we were both surprised and delighted to find them among the best we've ever had. The quality of the ingredients and the dough is perfect, and you won't be disappointed with the portion size! All this for a very reasonable price. In short, we recommend this place without hesitation 😊

11/06/2026: We had just arrived in LeMans from Paris and needed to find an easy dinner spot. We ordered a Carnivore pizza and two Caesar salad with chicken. The pizza had a barbecue sauce base, multiple types of meat, and was delicious. The salads were huge and came on plates as large as the pizza. Between the two of us, we finished the pizza and had nearly a full salad left over for takeaway.
