10/12/2025: First time and last time...no taste, pizza dough was so-so and the topping was beyond comment

05/11/2025: I placed an order on Deliveroo for home delivery. As expected, the app had my address registered since I created my account and the estimated arrival time for my order. There was no tracking on the app because they apparently aren't connected to it. After waiting 20 minutes past the maximum estimated delivery time, I called the restaurant. I immediately felt like I was bothering them because they don't track their orders and then dared to claim my address was in another city, even though it was registered from the start and geolocated, so there was no possibility of an error. To top off this wonderful experience, more than 40 minutes after the scheduled delivery time, one of the items was missing. The only positive point was that what little I received was hot (a miracle!). A terrible experience, and I will never order again. Save your money and your time. Despite this unpleasant experience, the delivery driver was courteous and pleasant... thank goodness.
