17/08/2026: I've been a regular Welcom customer for years. I placed an order on Saturday, August 15, 2026, for a double pizza: half Four Seasons and half Pacific, my usual order. And right away, the pizza was practically cold and smaller than usual. The Four Seasons half was a plain Regina, and I couldn't find the salmon in the Pacific half. Furthermore, the person taking the order told me I had to pay in cash upon delivery. I told him no, I always pay by check, but the owner wasn't there, so cash was fine, but no, I didn't pay by check. I don't know if this mess is due to the owner being absent, but either the owner comes back soon, or goodbye Welcom Pizza. A real disgrace.

04/08/2026: Tasteless pizza (no salt, pepper, spices, etc.) Furthermore, the pizza is very expensive. Beware! Instead of paying €18, it ends up costing you €24, even though the flyer clearly states €18. The owner is sticking to his €24 pricing. It's getting worse and worse, both in terms of quality and pricing. I won't be going back; they have no respect for anything. A shame. Customers, look elsewhere; it'll be better.
