23/04/2026: A very bad experience at this pizzeria.
There was an error in my order: one of the pizzas was the wrong one. I called to calmly report the problem, taking the time to repeat myself several times because communication was difficult. The person on the phone had trouble understanding and expressing themselves, which made the conversation difficult.
Despite this, the tone was unpleasant and aggressive, even telling me not to shout when I was speaking normally.
He offered to remake the pizza, but in an arrogant tone, as if the problem was my fault. I felt like I had to justify myself, almost like I was begging for a mistake that wasn't mine.
I didn't even want to take the pizza back given the way I was spoken to. No apology, no sense of customer service.
Very disappointing, I do not recommend it.

As much in the preparation department, I am a former worker and I can tell you, I don't want anyone to work there, according to my experience, I have worked 4 years for them and still speaking badly to me like Philippe. And others who worked there Yes it's even worse, they've been working there for 30 years. And on top of that, not to mention that the food is not regularly renewed, so the fridge above is not cleaned every day, but once a week. Hello hygiene. On top of that, they don't take credit cards. Whereas now it's mandatory for all restaurants. These people don't pay a lot of taxes.

04/07/2024: I like their pizzas and they offer Algerian specialties that are rarely offered in other restaurants. I recommend his hard Kabyle bread, which is so good. The only point to improve is the restaurant is narrow.
