06/12/2025: Dinner last night, the dining room filled up quickly. Excellent croziflette, very generous portion. It's December, but despite the cold outside, the restaurant was nice and warm thanks to the wood-fired pizza oven. The chocolate mousse for dessert was divine and very generous. Very reasonable price. Impeccable service. A great find.

07/12/2025: I can't comment on the food because I haven't been there yet, but the owners' kindness is exceptional. Last night, my husband was supposed to pick up my parents and me (they have limited mobility due to their age), and the meeting point was right next to this brasserie. Try as he might, since he doesn't know the city well, he couldn't get to this corner of Place de l'Horloge by car because so many streets were closed off with barriers. It was late, and my elderly parents and I were freezing while we waited. When the owner saw us, she came out and told us to come inside and wait for him. She also insisted that my parents have something hot to eat and wouldn't let them pay anything under any circumstances.
Thank you so much for your help; there aren't many people in the world with such empathy and kindness anymore. In the end, my husband managed to get close by car, and we were able to leave.
I am sure that someone with such a good heart and generosity strives every day to serve their customers as best as possible.

04/02/2026: Well located on Place Pie, very friendly staff, good food at reasonable prices, especially for Avignon, an extremely touristy city, known throughout the world.
11/01/2026: We came for lunch.
There was a lot of dust on the power outlets above the tables and on the ventilation system.
The waiter, despite being very friendly, barely gave us time to sit down before he was practically taking our order.
We ordered two butcher's cuts, in addition to other dishes.
One was half the size of the other but was supposed to weigh the same...?
The fries? They looked like they'd been cooked the day before and reheated on the day of our meal.
The small bottles of oil and vinegar on the table were leaking everywhere, and hairs were stuck to them.
The anchovy pizza we ordered? The batter was thicker than a crepe batter.
The tomato sauce base tasted like a ready-made tomato sauce from a jar.
The salad was served with moldy tomatoes, and the croutons were soaked in oil and blackened as if they'd been reheated in old pans.
And to top it all off, the mustard sauces expired in November. When we pointed it out, the waiter just laughed it off!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

However, the website indicates that the pizzeria is open.
11/11/2025: A pizzeria I'm going to miss a lot; it was a staple during many evenings spent studying, then during training, and later during the first years of my professional career.
That evening I thought, "Hey, I think I'll order a pizza from them, it's been a while!" and I discovered that the place is apparently closed. I hope everything is alright for the staff, and thank you again for all those evenings when I couldn't be bothered to cook! :)

14/01/2026: We ordered two pizzas; one had a half-burnt crust and the other was topped with five sausage slices, which we had to add ourselves. A huge disappointment!
29/11/2025: A warm welcome, a real homey feel. My wife, son, and I chose pizza and pasta and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
I highly recommend this place.
