29/05/2026: Appalling; the website takes orders and payments even though the pizzeria is closed that day. We never received our delivery. Two days later, I finally managed to reach them by phone, and they hid behind their franchise network, claiming it prevents them from updating their opening hours. In short, I'm waiting for my refund and I won't be ordering from this establishment again.

19/05/2026: Good value for money, delicious wood-fired pizza with generous toppings compared to the big, typical pizza chains. I've been coming here for 5 years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend it.

27/05/2026: Absolutely avoid this place. Half the dishes on the menu aren't available to order, and for the few things you can order, you'll be disappointed by the quality, the price, AND THE QUANTITY!!! Just keep walking.

24/05/2026: I went there with my 5-year-old daughter and we were very well received. The only negative point was that at first we wanted to go to the terrace (we didn't stay because my daughter knelt on the chairs and the chair rails hurt her), I noticed cobwebs on the tables, chairs and parasol; this should be cleaned more often….

24/05/2026: We ate there on Sunday, May 24th. The person who served us was very kind and pleasant; no complaints there. However, I unfortunately found a hair in another pizza. I pointed it out to another employee when I went to pay, but the response was very cold: no smile, no apology, no gesture of goodwill, and no professional reaction. And this gives me the opportunity to criticize myself because I quickly swiped my credit card on the terminal. It's a shame, because a simple apology would have been enough to make the situation more understandable. You need to review your staff.

01/06/2026: I noticed that the pizza chef was wearing his watch while handling food. This is a breach of hygiene rules and it worries me. I strongly recommend that you remove your jewelry before working! The pizzas are good 👍 (I haven't tried anything else on the menu)

02/05/2026: It was my first time there, and it was fantastic! The atmosphere was amazing, the manager was incredibly welcoming and humble, and the staff were incredibly attentive. The food was also very good. And the set menu price was very affordable.

28/03/2026: When there's a private party, it would be nice to give some notice, especially considering the price of gas. Frankly, it's not cool.

09/03/2026: It was a pleasure to be greeted with a smile; the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The pizzas were excellent, with a thin and crispy crust, generous toppings, and the restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it and would gladly return. Thank you to them. It's a shame I can't give more stars, otherwise I would have.

17/02/2026: I bought the wings, they weren't cooked inside, the service was awful. I asked for the sauces and they told me to go to the shop next door and get my own. I give it a 0, really very disappointed.

I only discovered the Google reviews and the restaurant's lame excuses too late. It's shameful for your customers and for the delivery drivers.

24/05/2026: The wait was incredibly long... 10 minutes to be served, 15 minutes to bring two ice creams, and another 15 minutes to bring two beers that had been ordered at the same time. We had to remind the waiters because they'd forgotten... It was 7:30 PM, and there were about thirty people on the terrace, most of whom had already been served! The service was appalling; the waiters were completely incompetent. Instead of clearing the table, it was easier to just move the dirty dishes to another table. For a bar in Versailles, I find that deplorable.

19/05/2026: Mediocre food at best, service horrible, admittedly we had a big table, but more then 4 times bringing the wrong dish. At some point people were asked dessert while neighbour had not received main yet. Avoid.

30/05/2026: Hello, My friends and I regularly order pizzas and have always been satisfied. However, last night, my son found a cooked cockroach in his pizza 🤢! We are posting this review to warn the owner of Pizz'América to be more vigilant so that such a hygiene problem does not happen again in the future.
