If you order in advance and arrive on time, the pizza will be ready and hot!

I go to reception, I explain my wait and the person says to me "yeah well that's how it is"....and he leaves...I waited 1 hour for an order (2 happy meals, a 280) or he missing a.wrap and the sauces....review your recruitment and your customer service.it is urgent
