01/02/2024: arriving at 1:30 p.m. the boss still asked in the kitchen if it was possible, and it was for the dish of the day, we were served with a smile and without the impression that we had to hurry even though it closed at 2 p.m.! What a pleasure to deal with real traders who love their job and contact with customers! THANKS !
