The only restaurant open on July 14th, but nonetheless our first choice when searching, we weren't disappointed! The service and cuisine are brilliantly handled by the chef! We had a wonderful time at Les 6 Saisons!

A perfect little restaurant where the chef prepares salads and desserts right in front of you. There's also a grocery section selling local products. No need for air conditioning; the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere kept us cool despite the heatwave...

Laurent is a wonderful person, eager to share his expertise. Well done!

A lovely discovery while strolling through Issoire! Drawn in by the chalkboard menu displayed in the street, we were tempted by the three dishes on offer, prepared and served by the chef right there in the dining room. :) We enjoyed an asparagus risotto with a soft-boiled egg and shiitake mushrooms (for me) and a coq au vin for my partner. Both dishes were delicious and satisfying... the chef was kind and smiling. Well done, don't change a thing! If we're ever back in Issoire, we'll definitely return.
