The food was excellent and delicious.
The roasted Saint-Nectaire cheese was divine.
The service was quick, efficient, and friendly.
If you're passing through Ambert around lunchtime, don't hesitate to stop by. Reservations are recommended.
15/02/2026: The trout fillet and the apple and mango vacherin are two dishes I recommend without hesitation; they were delicious.
