13/07/2026: The waitress wasn't very pleasant! I asked her for information about the dish, saying it wouldn't be too much trouble, and she said yes!!! So she was bothered to give me information about a dish she knew absolutely nothing about!! The servers need training because we pay for a meal but also for service. As for the meat, it was decent, and it wasn't fries like the waitress told us—she puts out frozen potatoes... The owner was friendly.

27/09/2026: A very pleasant and clean restaurant with delicious food and very kind and discreet staff. The charm of this restaurant lies in its very relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a pleasant and unwinding experience.

18/10/2026: We ordered via drive-thru, so we paid for three sauces that we didn't receive. The burgers, nuggets, and fries were completely cold. We called to report the missing sauces and were brushed off, told to mind their own business and not complain about the 60 cents charge. Furthermore, we ordered four mustard sauces with our box of nuggets, but we only received four creamy ones. This is truly the worst McDonald's in the Clermont-Ferrand area. We filed a complaint with customer service. Missing sauces isn't the end of the world, but being brushed off on the phone when we simply reported the problem is unacceptable.

16/10/2026: I ordered at McDonald's, and they forgot the sauces we paid for. Also, on my ice cream, I asked for caramel sauce, but I only got the ice cream and no spoon! I do not recommend this McDonald's.

04/09/2026: More self-checkouts than cashiers 😤 but the worst part is that if you do choose a cashier, you're forced to take a certain route and wait when your number is called. I felt like I was at the social security office. I came to this store once and I'll never set foot in it again.
