Passing through Clermont-Ferrand, I stopped by. The store was clean. I think the fact that you have to scan your card before going in is a good process. The cashier was smiling and very welcoming. We exchanged messages of satisfaction.
Large selection of products, ample parking, and restrooms available. However, prices have really increased significantly, like everywhere else; it's becoming outrageous.
Large, modern shopping center from the outside, but inside it's stuck in the past... A little freshening up would be welcome, like new flooring and a splash of color.
I find it less good than when it was Cora.
The staff are friendly and pleasant.
The store is clean.
However:
- The shelf stock is very disappointing: some products disappear in favor of their own brands (for example, the long-life sliced bread), there are stockouts, the shelves are constantly changing, and you have to search for products (for example, the Actimel).
- The prices are inflated compared to other nearby stores (about a €1 difference on the same size Actimel between Carrefour and Lidl).
- Fuel is now only available to customers with a bank card.
- The parking lots aren't very clean (due to some disrespectful customers and passersby).
