The owners are incredibly kind and take the time to chat with their customers, making the experience even more enjoyable. The menu is very diverse, with a wide selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. The ingredients are high-quality, the portions are generous, and the prices are more than reasonable considering what's on offer. 03/07/2026: We've been going to Liberty for several years, but honestly, the standard is really very low. We're disappointed... You can go there if you're not hungry, if you like raw salmon, dry and cold rice, and the "woman's salad" is a joke—the warm goat cheese is just a vulgar log of cold goat cheese and the sausage is only three slices. We won't be going back... There are better places, and not far away.

26/07/2026: The team is young and enthusiastic. Their good humor is contagious. As a regular customer, I've never been disappointed. Special mention ++ for the quality and consistency of the beef cuts. Both simple and efficient, it delivers exactly what you're looking for. I highly recommend it 👍

17/07/2026: Yesterday, my friend and I stopped by for a drink, as we always do when we're in Riom. I asked a waitress where the restrooms were. She told me they were at the back, to the right. Then another waitress behind the counter said, "Just go to the public restroom next to the pharmacy..." She shouldn't be surprised when she runs out of customers.
