I have been a local guide for Google for 10 years now and frankly I am more than delighted with our visit to MAISON LASSALAS👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Upon our arrival we were cordially welcomed by Florence whom I thank for the quality of her listening, her professionalism, her kindness, her benevolence, her wise advice AND HER HUMOR!.
Bravo to her and to the quality of the store's products.
Obviously I will follow all the other opinions on:
1- The famous blueberry treat!!!! Unmissable and so good!
We enjoyed it outside and I brought some back to enjoy again at home.
2- the ham croissant! My god they were good!!!! A delight !
3- the Chicken puff pastry - Morels....mmmm a treat!
4- the sausages: I took the classic and I don't regret my choice, well recommended by Florence.
5 - cheeses:
For my part, Salers Saint-Nectaire and Fourme de Rochefort delighted our taste buds...
So this 5 out of 5 is more than well deserved!
Bravo once again to Florence (like the city 😅😉) and its team we will not fail to return 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
And as promised, the bottle of Salers gentiane that I already had in my possession

06/09/2024: We had a great time on a weekday lunchtime. The trufade sausage was excellent, the dish well proportioned. The desserts were also appreciated. Quality products, cooked on site and well served. We wish many services to the team and will not fail to make the detour to eat well.

09/09/2024: Attentive servers. On the other hand, a heart of rump steak with 8 small pieces of potatoes and a small piece of zucchini at the price of €27 seems a little high to us. A plate of cheese with 2 small pieces of St Nectaire for €8 with a little salad. The glasses of wine, on the other hand, are very reasonably priced. The service is top notch.
06/09/2024: We chose this accommodation for a stopover based on the positive reviews. What a disappointment throughout this evening as much for the comfort of the room with bedding good for throwing in the recycling center, out-of-date decor, food that was absolutely not homemade. How can other Internet users write such eloquent comments...incredible! In short, uncomfortable, tasteless and ordinary for an absolutely unjustified price. Having the habit of frequenting 3 to 4 star hotels, it is not worth his price. At best it's a 2 star for undemanding hikers who want to be able to sleep and shower. I forgot the excellent smell of humidity in the room, stubborn and unbearable.

11/08/2024: First of all what an cute café in a super local village. We don't speak French and the host tried to speak English and explained us a little bit what we could order. He was very friendly and quick giving us our food and drinks.
07/08/2024: Cute little cafe near our camping. We stopped for a coffee and a beer and had a crepe as a snack. Service was great, friendly and quiet.
