14/05/2026: Delicious meal, incredibly friendly service, and a lovely atmosphere.
One small drawback, however: we would have liked a little more time between the appetizer and the main course.
We started eating at 7:35 pm and finished at 8:10 pm, which was a bit too quick for our liking.
13/05/2026: A very warm welcome, excellent food—so much so that we ate there three times in a row. We highly recommend it.
Thank you to all the staff for your cheerfulness.

Seriously, the pizzas are generous, made with fresh, seasonal ingredients for the daily specials. At Fredo's, you'll be greeted with a big smile and maybe a joke ;) and you'll be eating the best pizzas in the region!

21/02/2026: Family meal for 16 people, very warm welcome from the owner and the servers, really very friendly. The poached egg was delicious, the meat was tender and very pleasant, and the dessert was excellent. See you soon! 🍽️

08/02/2026: Very pleasant terrace. The staff were very kind: as soon as I arrived, they brought a bowl of water for my two little ones.
I had a good meal there, and the waitress/waitresses were always smiling.

01/09/2024: I don't understand some opinions. I have been there several times and for me it is the best place to eat in Saint Palais. First time, excellent welcome. More disappointing later with the length of installation and waiting for orders and dishes to be taken but still the best cuisine here.
19/08/2024: We just ate at the restaurant this evening, the welcome and service was great!
In addition, we were able to recall magical memories!
A big thank you to the restaurateurs 🥰
