Le Trinquet sur Saint-Palais

Having had lunch there several times in 10 years, big disappointment this March 21. The steak ordered rare could not be finished. In fact, it is impossible to cut the meat despite changing the knife.....and de facto impossible to eat. The gratin dauphinois accompaniment was good. The squids were lukewarm and soft lacking in crunch. Average value for money.

Excellent from start to finish. And very well received.

Refined and copious dishes, very smiling staff, attentive and very professional. I highly recommend ! We will gladly come back !

Délicieux dîner encore plus exceptionnel que d’habitude avec la palombe flambée au capucin servie en deux moitiés dans le menu :) composé de potage, entrées, plat et dessert servi avec délicatesse, attention et rapidité. A ne pas manquer pour les amateurs .
