01/10/2026: The service is very good. But it's too expensive. A croissant is €1.45 and a coffee is €1.90, it's too expensive.

23/09/2026: I came with my sister and daughter, and we were greeted and served by Sylvia. It was perfect, down to the smallest details: napkins, a glass of water without even asking, along with coffee. There was also a young sales assistant. The table was clean, tidy, and the atmosphere was calm. There was a good selection in the display cases. My doll had a small leak, and I asked for what I needed to clean it up, which Sylvia did. She also put everything back in its place and took our orders. Her colleague was responsive, professional, smiling, helpful, and took great care of my little one. It was truly a pleasure.

31/08/2026: Great! I come regularly because of the friendly staff and the quality of the pizzas, I highly recommend it!

23/08/2026: Visually, the pizza was very pretty, but unfortunately, the quality of the ingredients was very poor. I was extremely disappointed; the pizza wasn't great. I ate outside on a small, dirty section of the terrace, with uncleaned tables… it could have been charming, but there was no effort made on the exterior maintenance or the quality of the food. :-(

21/09/2026: You don't even deserve one star! Honestly, this is a complete joke! I placed an order at 6 PM for 8 PM pickup. At 8 PM, still nothing, no information on the app, and no way to know where the order was. So I placed a second order. After finally getting through to them, I asked them to cancel the second order, which they confirmed. They then assured me the first one was on its way and would arrive in 30 minutes. We waited until 9:30 PM! We couldn't reach them despite trying three different phones. We ended up going there in person, just a 7-minute drive away. And there, they told us again that the order was "on its way"! Are you kidding me?! We finally had to place another order directly at the restaurant and take the pizzas home. And after eating them, we had stomach aches. No professionalism, no organization, and above all, no consideration for customers. A deplorable experience from beginning to end. I'm deleting the app and I will never order from you again!

20/09/2026: We placed a delivery order, and after an hour, nothing had changed on the website (where you can see your order's progress). So I decided to go there in person to get an explanation (because, obviously, you've been charged). The employee at the counter, wearing a red t-shirt, told me with disconcerting nonchalance that it wasn't ready. I understood that perfectly well, so I asked her what my options were, and she replied, "Well, if you want, I can go and do it." My dear, it's your job. The employees at this Domino's are really clueless. I'll also mention, just for the record, that a second employee in the kitchen sneezed right there in the kitchen without covering his mouth. Needless to say, hygiene is probably questionable. Yet, the €20 for the pizza was definitely charged, wasn't it? I paid you with my own money, didn't I? So I don't understand how I'm entitled to "this."
