20/02/2026: Seeing the advertisement for brunch, we waited to be seated. When we sat down, we’ve been told we cannot eat brunch there, only something else from the menu card. We didn’t make a fuss about it, ordered food, however when trying to order tea, the waitress would not understand what TEA means (despite having the same word in French thé). Also, she could not describe in English which teas they had. In the end, ordered whichever. Tea came with lukewarm water (!). When asking for honey, the same waitress could - again - not understand what I (and my boyfriend) repeatedly pronounced, and also in French. She just left not trying to help us out. When she came back, I showed her the written French translation for honey. Then she went to check and came back saying they had none, in a rude manner. In disbelief, I asked her colleague (once pronounced, she immediately understood). She brought us the honey, finally. “Years” later we also got the food ordered, which came in a very disappointing presentation, ham thrown over the plate with some half-raw “omelette”. Without saying anything (like Bon appetite!), she just put the plate on the table. Since there was no salt/pepper on the table, my boyfriend asked for it. Salt recipient came empty. We quickly finished to just be able to leave, after this unbelievable unpleasant experience (probably one of the worst services ever received). When paying at the counter, the waitress wasn’t able to crack a smile or be friendly, she was all over rude, like someone who does not enjoy being there. We would like to bring this to the attention of the restaurant manager - the girl that looks like a short goblin, with brown hair and big nose, needs to be disciplined or fired. This behavior is really not okay.
