A huge thank you to Gillie, who guided us throughout the planning process with great availability, attentiveness, and professionalism. Her support before the wedding allowed us to approach the day with complete peace of mind.
On the big day, a big thank you also to Carole, our maître d'hôtel, who was exceptional. Highly professional, organized, and attentive, she ensured that everything ran flawlessly.
As for the meal, it was simply excellent. All our guests thoroughly enjoyed it, and we received nothing but compliments on the quality of the food and the service.
We wholeheartedly recommend this caterer. Thank you again to the entire team for helping to make our wedding an unforgettable day!

Prices you'd expect from a decent downtown brasserie, but the food just doesn't live up to it.
Special mention for the spring roll: they'd be better off taking it off the menu than serving it like that.
